Description
The spacious hallway provides access on one side to the living room and kitchen. The partially newly furnished living room has a comfortable seating area with a cozy fireplace. Dining area for 6 people. There is digital TV with many German channels. From the living room, you have a beautiful, unobstructed view of the greenery.
The kitchen is simple but equipped with all comforts, including a gas stove with oven/grill, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment (SMEG). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the other side of the hallway is the sleeping area. You have three bedrooms in total: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed (90x190). All bedrooms have a sink and ample closet space. Although this house has six beds, it is only rented to a maximum of 4 adults and two children.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
The house is centrally heated. There is free Wi-Fi. The house has ample parking on its own grounds. You can store your bicycles in the garden shed, for example.
