Description
The living room has a spacious seating area with enough room for everyone. In the cupboard, you will find various board games, toys, coloring books, magazines, and information about the region. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove, a combination oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine (Senseo and filter coffee maker).
You reach the hallway through a high threshold/step, from which you have access to the main bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with double sinks, toilet, and shower.
In the living room, the (steep) stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The beds are of course made upon arrival. On the landing, another sink and a storage room with 2 camping beds (with mattresses), a baby bath, changing pad, stair gate, toilet seat reducer, potty, and high chair. Both the lower and upper bedrooms can be equipped with an additional travel cot for babies, but please bring your own bedding.
Other available amenities include a hairdryer, iron, mini ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, shopping bags, clothes rack, clothespins. Toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, and various spices are also provided.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or terminate the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be made in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not successful to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must, without any liability on the part of the landlord, refund all amounts paid by the tenant.
6.2.1. Cancellations and terminations must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing by registered mail, including the rental agreement. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than a week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administrative costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. Upon receipt of a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
