Description
The villa was built 6 years ago by my husband in the renown sea side community called Torre delle Stelle. The distance from the nearest restaurant/pizzeria and shops is of less than 100 m.
Accommodation is on 2 floors. The first floor is composed of dining living room with fully equipped cooking area and guest cloakroom. The living area has a double set of French doors that takes to the pool and its surrounding paved area. The area around the pool is furnished to maximise its enjoyment. There are in fact, an al fresco dining area complete with built in barbecue, a relax area as well as sunbeds for sunbathing.
The first floor is composed of: master bedroom with en suite shower room; one twin bedroom and one single bedroom as well as a family shower room. All bedrooms have the benefit of own balcony.
The outside space is mostly paved and it is very safe for children of all ages. The pool is visible from all the bedrooms and from the living area. Parents can therefore relax whilst keeping an eye on their children.
The area.
Villa Ami is within the sought after village called ‘Torre delle Stelle‘. ‘Torre delle Stelle’ literally means ‘Tower of the stars’ and it takes the name from the ancient tower that dominates the whole area. All streets are also named after stars and constellations.
The villa was built to a high standard and in compliance with the most recent Italian regulations. It is therefore fully certified in terms of health and safety. The position it occupies is particularly happy. It is, in fact, at very short walking distance from all the local amenities. The nearest bar, shop and restaurant are 100 m away. The nearby beach is 300 m away and it is walkable by children as well.
Please note that: From the last weekend of May to the second week of September changeover day is Saturday but dates are flexible for the rest of the year.
