All the furniture is handmade and really specially designed, it will give you a unique feeling of pleasure, peace calmness and comfort. It is ideal for having a dinner with your friends and family near the pool with different lights colors and hydro massage and the sound of nature. Villa has three bedrooms , three bathrooms and two WC, in one bedroom it is a hut tub .

If the borders are closed during covid we will return you 100% of your amount whenever you cancel your booking.

b) The rental property including the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care.The Guest is held responsible for the actions of other people,including any guest or visitors they might have,within the house.The Guest is liable for any damaged goods,damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property,whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guest or visitors.
c) Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner.
d) If the guest is prevented to come to Villa Dual due to corona virus , owner (Martina Šestan) is obligated to return the deposit money (30%) back to the guest.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca 2 km) für alles was man braucht. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir 20 Minuten nach Pula gefahren (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine usw)

Die Villa war super sauber und auch die Vermieter extrem nett.
Vielen Dank an Mladen für die Betreuung und Übergabe vor Ort und an Denis für die problemlose Kommunikation. Unser nächster Urlaub in Kroatien wird definitiv wieder hier sein. Absolute Empfehlung
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen ?
Die Aufteilung ist perfekt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 1Hund und 2 Kindern dort. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die 5 Bäder und der Pool. So einen tollen Pool hatten wir noch nie in einem Ferienhaus.
Dennis und sein Bruder Mladen haben sich sehr darum bemüht das alles perfekt ist. Wir wurden mit Eiern und frischen Tomaten aus eigenem Anbau versorgt ?
Wenn etwas war konnte man sie jederzeit erreichen.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was perfekt für einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub ist. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto.
Pula ist etwa 20min entfernt und eine gute Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen.
Unser Hund konnte die Treppe perfekt nach oben laufen, da die Stufen sehr breit und flach sind.
Wir durften uns soviel Holz holen zum befeuern des Ofens wie wir wollten.
Unser Fazit ist: Es hätte nicht besser sein können!!!! ?

Rundum perfekt
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 1 Hund in der Villa. Platz genug für alle war definitiv vorhanden. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche und Nette Menschen.
Es war ein Traum Urlaub und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
Ruhige entspannende 14 Tage mit Familie
Alles war so wie erwartet. Sehr gute Ausstattung es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Super Pool mit bequemen Treppen.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Denis war sehr Freundlich, gab quasi jeden Tag Eier oder Obst / Gemüse , was aus dem eigenen Garten kam.
Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und Badezimmer.
Kleines Minus, man braucht das Auto um Einkäufe oder Restaurants zu besuchen.
Vielen Dank auch an Dennis der uns mit Eiern und Obst/ Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt hat.

Sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder
Qualitativ sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Am besten für Paare/ Freunde mit/ ohne größere Kinder.
NICHT geeignet für Party People (stört die Nachbarn und liegt zu abseits), und auch nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Pool nicht für Nichtschwimmer geeignet).
15 Min zum nächsten größeren Ort oder Strand, mit dem Auto kein Problem.
In der Küche gibt es alle nötigen Utensilien, Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben, alles macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und auch der Vermieter steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, wenn man das denn möchte. Ich kann einen Urlaub in dieser Villa nur empfehlen.

gorgeous place for holidays
there is hardly none around so the guests can totally relax. The pool is great, there is a lot of space to play volleyball or badminton in the garden.hey renovated the house themselves putting a lot of work and love into that.
