The house, whose origins date back to the 17th century, has been completely restored.
This typical Tuscan villa offers a beautiful view of the hills and countryside around Cortona. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees. The garden is divided into 3 levels. On the lowest level, there is a car park, on the second level is the entrance to the house, and on the top level is the swimming pool (about 20 meters from the house).
From there, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside.
The villa accommodates up to 6 people and is divided as follows:
a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room;
2 double bedrooms with double beds;
1 bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated);
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet.
The property has a 10x5 meter swimming pool (depth from 1.1 meters to 2.2 meters) and a large garden.
Overall, the villa has an excellent atmosphere and fits beautifully into the surrounding Tuscan landscape.
