c) Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner.
d) If the guest is prevented to come to Villa Dual due to corona virus , owner (Martina Šestan) is obligated to return the deposit money (30%) back to the guest.

Toll auch mit Hund und Kind, weil es einen geschlossenen Garten gibt._x000D_
Es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Istrien zu erkunden. Die Autobahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und man ist relativ schnell überall.

Der Kontakt vorab mit Martina und vor Ort mit Lidija hat perfekt funktioniert - zudem gab es zur Begrüßung und Verabschiedung noch Regionales zum Verköstigen. Top!

Pazin ist schnell zu erreichen und man bekommt dort alles was man benötigt. Zudem in der Umgebung einige interessante Dinge zu sehen - und der Weg zum Meer ist mit dem Auto kein Problem.
