Description
Villa Matia is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool with 40m².
Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.
Kids playground with swing, slide and badminton. 1800 m² plot is also at your disposal.
The house consists of the living room and three bedrooms, with two private bathroom, the kitchen and the space for dinning.
Teracce with barbecue and table for 8 people.
Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided.
Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.

The best way to come here is by car - only 5 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 29 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Perfekter Urlaub
wir haben 9 wunderbare Tage in der Villa Matia verbracht. Der Empfang durch unseren Vermieter Sasa war sehr herzlich. Er hat uns bei einem kühlen Getränk ausführlich auf Sehenswürigkeiten Isriens hingewiesen. Das Haus und berhaubt das ganze Anwesen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Zentrum lag für uns der tolle Pool und das abendliche Grillen. Die Einrichtung ist modern , sauber und sehr angenehm. Der Schutz durch Fliegengitter Rollos vor Mücken ist perfekt. Ich kann nur bestätigen was man auf den Bildern sieht. Auch für Familien mit Kindern mehr als nur geeignet. Sasa war immer ansprechbar be offenen Fragen. Ich möchte sagen der Urlaub war perfekt, wir kommen wieder.
Ein perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern
Wie zuvor mehrfach erwähnt, alles super. Alles perfekt ausgestattet. Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster. Super sauber. Sehr ruhig. Gut gelegen, da Mittig in Istrien gelegen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Direkt nebenan. Viele Auskünfte. Wenn man keine Fragen hat, absolut diskret. Von der ersten Minute absolut wohl gefühlt. Indoorküche hat alles in mehr was man braucht. Kochfläche nie genutzt. Nur outdoor. Super Sache! Für Kinder, Spielplatz, Trampolin, Badminton, Dart und natürlich ein grandioser Pool und jegliche Einsicht. Wir kommen mehr als wieder. Danke liebe Familie Modrusan...

Muzini ist ein sehr kleines Dorf in zentraler Lage in Istrien, also somit perfekt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art
Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und sind ohne Vorkenntnisse in dieses Land gereist. Die Anreise war für uns sehr entspannt. Als wir am Haus ankamen, war alles so wie auf den Bildern. Die Mutter des Vermieters nahm uns in Empfang, sie konnte nur kroatisch. Das war aber das kleinste Übel. Kurz nach unserer Ankunft kam auch der Vermieter Sasa, dieser war sehr freundlich. Er spricht Kroatisch, Italienisch, Englisch sowie Deutsch(was er aber erst vor kurzem erlernt hat). Dennoch konnten wir ihn alles fragen, er erklärte uns alles auf einer Karte von Istrien. Mückenspray ist abends zu empfehlen, abends kommen immer mal Hornissen. Das ist laut Vermieter ganz normal. Klimaanlage befindet sich in beiden Etagen, diese kühlen das Haus super runter.

Traumvilla im schönen Kroatien
Wir waren das 1. Mal in Kroatien und wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt! Das kleine Örtchen Muzini liegt schön ruhig und idyllisch! Von hier aus kann man größere Städte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit erreichen.
Die Villa Matia ist traumhaft! Alles sauber und Top ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Gastfreundschaft war sehr groß! Der Vermieter hat uns tolle Ausflugstipps mit den Kindern gegeben, die ein Besuch wert waren. Wie zb die Höhle in der Nähe, wo der nächste Supermarkt liegt und wie toll die Stadt Rovinj ist!
Alles in allem nur weiterzuempfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bestes Ferienhaus
Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der Villa Matia. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Man findet alle Geräte und Einrichtungen in modernsten Ausführungen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, was für reichlich Entspannung am dem super Pool sorgt. Man wird von den Eigentümer herzlich Empfangen und sie stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Grundstück und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Man ist an bekannten Orten oder Stränden in ca. 30 Minuten. Für Ausflüge hat der Eigentümer auch immer ein paar Tipp's bereit. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.
Ankommen und Zuhause fühlen!!
Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Matia verbringen. Von Anfang an haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt. Die Austattung ist hervoragend, wir haben alles vorgefunden was man benötigt. Gerade mit Kindern ist das Haus toll, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, der liebevoll gestaltete Spielplatz liegt unter schattingen Bäumen und der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen um Istrien zu erkunden. Man braucht überall knapp 30-40 Minuten hin. Im Ort Zminj findet man alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Istrien
Wir waren im Sommer 2017 in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus ist total schön eingerichtet. Uns und unseren drei Kindern hat es im Herzen von Istrien sehr gut gefallen. Sasa und seine Familie sind alle total herzlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren auch sehr traurig von diesem tollen Fleck Erde wieder abreisen zu müssen. Die Strände sind ca. 30 Minuten entfernt und wir haben immer Tipps für schöne und ruhige Buchten bekommen. Der Pool ist sensationell groß, diesen haben wir sehr oft zum abkühlen genutzt. Es gibt genügend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (alles ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar - Amphitheater Pula, Aquarium, eine Höhle, tolle Restaurants mit gutem und günstigem Essen). Land und Leute sind sehr freundlich. Dies war nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa Matia. DANKE VIELMALS!
