If you decide to book with us after contacting us, we will need your address and phone number for a firm reservation. Additionally, a deposit is required as security for both tenants and landlords. For unforeseen cancellations, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a short-notice cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
The deposit is retained for cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the trip.
30% of the booking price for cancellations 15-30 days before the start of the trip.
50% of the booking price for cancellations from one week up to 14 days before the start of the trip.
100% of the booking price if the booking period commences.
Upon arrival, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be paid in cash. You will typically receive the refund at departure. The damage deposit will be refunded to you in full in cash, after the property has been inspected and no damages have been found.
