Description
Our villa "Nadine" is situated on a south-west facing slope on a secluded plot with Mediterranean vegetation. We have built a new infinity pool with a heat pump into the south-west slope. From here, even while swimming, you can enjoy a phenomenal view of the gulf and the green hilly landscape. You will be amazed. A gas grill and a large terrace, a wonderful gallery living room on the ground floor with an open fireplace, a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, and all necessary electrical appliances are just some of the highlights.
You will find a dining room with a nice bar, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 French beds, 1 double bed with 2 mattresses). A washing machine, satellite TV, and stereo CD system are available.
The holiday home is located in a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Rental payments: 20% at the time of booking, 40% 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, 40% 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person over 18 years will be charged with the last installment. Security deposit: 500 Euros, to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Refund immediately after the rental property is returned without any defects. Non-commencement of the holiday: If the renter does not start the holiday, they may provide a replacement tenant who must be agreed upon by the landlord. If they cannot provide a replacement, the landlord may procure a tenant. Any resulting expenses and loss of rent will be charged to the tenant.

Grandioser Urlaub für Familie
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, von der Küche bis zu den Schlafzimmern. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Infinity-Pool, der im Sommer einfach ein Traum ist. Der Blick von dort ist atemberaubend und man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß, während wir die Ruhe genossen haben.
Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar gewesen, falls wir Fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
