Description
Villa Pesce is located in the centre of the Piedmontese winemaking village Mombaruzzo. Thanks to the elevated and quiet location, you can enjoy the magnificent vista over the hills and vineyards of the Monferrato wine district. In 2010, the house has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers all the comforts within its historic walls, as well as an amazing panoramic view on over 500m² of living space. The garden is child-friendly and features a 10x4m large swimming pool.
Within walking distance are three restaurants (Osteria La Marlera, Trottoraia Villa Prato, Pizzeria), grocery stores, a butcher's shop, an Amaretti bakery (that sells coffee), a bank, post office and pharmacy. Nizza Monferrato and Acqui Terme are just a short drive away and ideal for a spontaneous trip.
