It is located directly on the Grevelingenmeer, near the Nieuwe Kerkweg diving spot, and just a short distance from the North Sea beach. This makes it a beautiful location to enjoy various water sports such as sailing, surfing, fishing, and diving. The park also features a rinsing area to clean your water sports equipment.

The park itself offers various facilities such as playgrounds and playfields. There is also a well-regarded restaurant and a snack bar for quick bites. A few hundred meters outside the park, you will find a supermarket. The surroundings are perfect for pleasant walks and long bike rides to explore the beautiful nature.

The bungalow is homely furnished, and the living room includes cable TV, a DVD player, a radio, and free internet. The dining area with a table and benches is separate from the living room and adjoins the open kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer combination.

The bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (80x200). The neat bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet, and also houses the washing machine. Outside, you have a well-maintained garden with a terrace where you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, the bungalow has its own parking space.
