In case of cancellation, the tenant is liable for the resulting loss of rental income based on legal principles (rental price minus saved expenses), if the rental property cannot be fully or partially re-rented despite efforts.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
Cancellations or terminations must be made in writing. The date the landlord receives the cancellation is decisive.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
Up to 35 days before the rental start: 30% of the rental price
Up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the rental start: 80% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
The landlord will try to re-rent the property.
Travel cancellation insurance can cover the risk of non-arrival. This insurance is not included in the rental price and must be arranged by the tenant at their own expense.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Das Haus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter bieten einem sogar drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen zur Auswahl. Vor der Anreise bekommt man eine ausführliche Info-Mappe über Nessmersiel und die Umgebung zugeschickt - wir als langjährige Nessmersiel-Urlauber haben diese zwar nicht benötigt, aber für andere Gäste ist diese auf jeden Fall im Vorfeld sehr hilfreich.
Eigentlich hatten wir uns schon zu Hause auf die Sauna nach der Wattwanderung nach Baltrum gefreut, aber das Wetter war in den 14 Tagen so herrlich, dass wir leider gar keine Gelegenehit dazu hatten.
Wir werden bestimmt zu Wiederholungstätern!

Sie hat ein wunderschoenes Urlaubsdomizil geschaffen, das Haus ist superschoen einfach zum wohlfuehlen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es mangelt einem an rein gar nichts.
Auch der Service von Frau Daro ist einfach nur Klasse...eine richtige Perle die jederzeit fuer die Gaeste da ist um fuer deren Wohlbehagen zu sorgen.
Auch an Sie ein grosses Dankeschoen.

Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter
wo soll man anfangen und wo soll man aufhören? Der Urlaub in Ihrem Nordsee Wellness Huus war für uns ein Volltreffer!!! Man macht die Haustür auf uns fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. In diesem mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus fehlt es an nichts! Kurz zusammengefasst: Sauberkeit, Vor Ort Betreuung und auch das Wetter haben eine glattes "sehr gut" verdient! Wir empfehlen gerne weiter und kommen wieder!
