Large windows fill the space with natural light and lead to your private balcony or terrace, the ideal place for breakfast in the fresh mountain air or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the lake.
The modern kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for easy meal preparation, featuring a four-ring ceramic stove, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and fridge. In the comfortable bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and a single fold-away bed, perfect for families or small groups looking for flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and toilet, offering everything you need for a restful and rejuvenating stay. Outside, enjoy the shared indoor swimming pool — a calm, heated haven for relaxation any time of year. The apartment also offers convenient heating, cozy garden furniture on the balcony or terrace, and on-site parking for your comfort.

Die Gastgeber kommunizierten großartig und ließen uns wie zu Hause fühlen, Die Wohnung hatte einen praktischen Grundriss, und das Wohnzimmer war perfekt für Familienabende,
Sehr friedlich und ruhig, Wir schätzten die Nichtraucherpolitik, und der Außenpool war eine schöne Ergänzung, Die örtlichen Parks in der Nähe waren perfekt für unsere täglichen Spaziergänge,

Die Residence selbst vergibt sich 4 Sterne!. Will heißen: Bei Ankunft bekommt man verschiedenste Tücher und Lacken um Kissen und alte Wolldecken selbst zu beziehen, und nach Aufenthaltsende muss man dann wieder alles abziehen und zum Waschraum bringen (Jugendherbergsfeeling!).
Hygienisch sollte man auch keine großen Ansprüche haben.
Wir fanden noch Brotkrümmel vom Vormieter auf dem Esstisch. Kochtöpfe luden nicht gerade zum Kochen ein. In den Fußbodenecken tummelt sich Staub und Haare. Leider funktionierte der Staubsauger auch nicht (voll und verstopft).
Leider fehlen auch Haken zum aufhängen der Geschirrtücher und Hantücher gänzlich.
Man bekommt bei Ankunft eine Liste, die bis zum nächsten Morgen 10:00 Uhr ausgefüllt werden muss, um Schäden oder fehlendes Geschirr, Gegenstände zu melden, sonst wird es einem selbst in Rechnung gestellt.
Mein gebuchter Seeblick hat mich enttäuscht, da das Haus in der zweiten Reihe stand und somit auch der Seeblick nur begrenzt war.
Die Gegend selbst ist eindrucksvoll, die Uferpromenade schön angelegt, auch sonst sind genügend Ausflugsziele geboten, halt immer nur mit dem Auto.
Vielleicht komme ich ja trotzdem wieder, dann aber mit herruntergeschraubten Erwartungen.
Nun wünsche ich allen viel Spaß und Glück beim Aufenthalt in der 4 Sterne Residence Les Chalets d'Evian.
