These beautiful terraced houses are part of an 18th century mansion. The holiday home has modern, tidy furnishings and is very suitable for a couple or 2 friends.
The accommodation is situated on a hill in the heart of Mallorca, from where you can admire the north of the island. Discover the Mallorcan environment and enjoy a relaxing day at the sea, 25 km away.
Outside the house you will find a communal pool where you can relax. The house is on the ground floor and consists of a living and dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the private terrace you can end the day with a good glass of wine!
The furnishing of the house may differ slightly from the pictures, but the comfort level is the same. The villas are accessible by car, so make sure you have a vehicle available. You can book a maximum of 1 extra bed for €45 per person per night.
Extra adult/night 49 euros.
Extra child/night - 42 euros.

Wir hatten eine so schöne Zeit bei Belvilla by Oyo Casita! Das Haus war wirklich gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Die Terrasse war ein schöner Ort, um nach einem Tag des Erkundens zu entspannen, Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber wenn man sich erst einmal eingelebt hat, sind die Ausblicke es wert, Der Gemeinschaftspool war erfrischend, besonders nach einem heißen Tag am Strand, Ich würde es auf jeden Fall für Paare oder Freunde empfehlen, die sich entspannen möchten, Denken Sie nur daran, ein Auto zu mieten, um leichteren Zugang zu haben

Sa Rota d'en Palerm ist ein absolut atemberaubendes Ziel, Unser Aufenthalt war erfreulich und erfüllte all unsere Urlaubsträume, Die Atmosphäre ist stilvoll und friedlich, und die Gastgeber sind einfach wunderbar, Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einer lieben älteren Dame begrüßt, deren Begeisterung für das Gastgebersein offensichtlich war, Sie begleitete uns zu unserer Hütte, die günstig in der Nähe anderer Gäste lag, aber wir fühlten uns nie gestört
