Directly on the lake on a spacious 16-hectare site in the Colombare district, about three kilometers from Sirmione. The center of the holiday complex is a spacious bathing area with several pools, around which the apartments and mobile homes are grouped. On the lake shore there is a large restaurant with a terrace facing the lake, a snack bar and a pizzeria. In front of it is the private beach. The accommodations are between 50 and 500 meters from the lake.
