In a very special location, south-west of the famous Neukirchen am Großvenediger, surrounded by fresh mountain air, green meadows and beautiful snowy white slopes, this beautiful, luxurious chalet is built on the sunny slope of the Rossberg.

The beautiful chalet is constructed with character. The liberal use of wood, distinctive details, a perfect finish, combined with the use of high-quality materials, make the house extremely comfortable and luxurious. You feel at home all the way from the first moment.

Your chalet, where you are the only guests, has 2 floors. One of these floors is the living floor, which offers a great view through the huge windows. In addition to a living and dining area, with cosy wood burning stove, there is also a modern, open kitchen equipped with all modern equipment. The bedrooms, which are distributed over the floors, are very atmospheric and have high-quality furnishings. You will also have your own private sauna.

You can park two cars in the partly covered parking spaces.

There are more chalets in the immediate vicinity, creating a kind of village. There is a centrally located ski rental and ski school. In addition, there is an "Imbiss" with a small menu for a snack or drink. Do you like fresh bread every day? No problem, you can order these at the reception.

The ski lift with practice slope is within walking distance of the chalet, perfect for families with small children or beginners. Advanced skiers can be brought to the lift of the beautiful Wildkogel Arena ski area with the free ski bus. Due to its location right on the piste, you can ski back to your chalet if there is enough snow. Would you like something different? The ski regions of Zillertal Arena or Kitzbühel/Kirchberg are only a few minutes away by car.

In Summer, the surrounding mountains and the many sights to see offer plenty of options for the active holidaymaker or for those who seek tranquility.

In the period of May to October, as a guest you will receive the Nationalpark Sommercard with free access to the lifts, swimming pools, activities, public transport, and much more. Definitely recommended!
