Description
This detached, stately villa is located at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, friendly Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, including one walk-through bedroom, which gives access to the special tower room with single bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Through the patio doors you reach the garden with (covered) terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

Großes Haus, wird gerade renoviert, also vielleicht ein neuer Anstrich. Wenig Stauraum im Badezimmer und in den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss.
Die Lage des Hauses auf dem Anwesen ist ideal.

Das Haus könnte etwas sauberer sein. Der Kühlschrank ist für neun Personen zu klein und es gab keinen großen Kochtopf.

Tolle Lage am Wasser. Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Gut gepflegt, mit Hängematte und Ruderboot als Bonus.
Toller Park (seit Jahren), angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre im Park, wunderschöne Küste und viele alternative Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung und in Belgien
Schöner Park. Viel Platz. In der Nähe des Strandes. Ausgezeichnet.

Es gab keine Antwort, aber wir sind noch nicht fertig … Zum Glück gibt es Organisationen, die bereit sind, den Verbrauchern zuzuhören und ihnen zu helfen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von Ihrer Organisation!

Ein wunderschöner Park mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir haben im Restaurant köstlich gegessen und im Park ein Gourmet-Menü bestellt. Es war ausgezeichnet und reichlich.
Das Cottage war jedoch in einem schlechten Zustand. Alles war veraltet, nicht sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und die Küche war abgeplatzt ... sehr veraltet.
Die Spülmaschine war verstopft und voller Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste, was jedoch vom Parkpersonal schnell und effizient behoben wurde.
Die vorherigen Gäste hatten außerdem schmutziges Geschirr in die Schränke gestellt. Der Park kann nichts dagegen tun, aber vielleicht sollte das Reinigungspersonal das genauer überprüfen.
Trotz des Cottages hatten wir ein wunderschönes Wochenende, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir diesen Park aufgrund der veralteten Cottages noch einmal wählen würden.
