This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, including a dishwasher and combination microwave, and the living room with a TV with a streaming function. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find another five bedrooms (three rooms for two people and two rooms for three people). There are three bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower, one with a shower and a lovely infrared sauna and one with a bath. On the landing, you will find two separate toilets. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Venture through the French doors to reach the garden with a covered terrace with garden furniture, a patio heater and two sun loungers. There's room to park four cars at the villa. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the storage room, where you can store your bicycles. The villa is child-friendly. There is a stair gate upstairs, a high chair, a bed and a bath, and a cart at the villa. A cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms.

Geräumige und wunderschön umgestaltete Villa, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, Perfekt für einen entspannenden Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen Villa, Die Kinder liebten den Garten und wir genossen es, auf der Terrasse zu entspannen, Die Lage ist ideal – nah an Cadzand Bad Beach und großartigen Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Familienurlaub!
Fantastische Villa! Der Außenbereich war wunderbar für den Morgenkaffee und abendliche Entspannung, Die Schlafzimmer waren schön dekoriert und sehr komfortabel, Wir haben die nahegelegenen Strände genutzt – Cadzand Bad war wunderschön!
Bei der Buchung wird in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegeben, dass es 30 m vom Strand entfernt liegt. Im Gegenteil, es war weit weg.
Es fehlten ein paar Küchenutensilien.
Ansonsten sehr angenehmes Haus, sehr geräumig.

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung! Die Villa hatte viel Platz für unsere Gruppe, und die Sauna war eine schöne Ergänzung nach einem Tag am Strand, Sie liegt auch günstig in der Nähe einiger charmante Restaurants, Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Allerdings waren die Böden schlecht gesaugt und nicht gewischt. Bäder waren sauber, aber sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, Haken für Handtücher fehlen teilweise. Indoorspielplatz zu klein, wenig Möglichkeiten für die kleinsten Gäste. Kein mobiles Treppenschutzgitter fürs EG. In einem Bad im 1.OG/Sauna Schimmel an der Decke.
