Wonderful villa and hosts!
all rooms are huge and extremely comfortable, top quality finishings and equipment. we had few very hot days during our stay, so we appreciated air conditioners in every room (there are even 2 units in living area).
we did not walk to the beach, though the sea is not far from the villa - the closest way is sandy (so no access by car) and involves some height difference.
closest beach - Komos is 5 min drive by car and is very nice.

Truly stunning villa!
Fully occupied with everything what you need. Absolutely clean . Huge pool ..... And all this with a breathtaking view ... if you want sunset, if you want a mountain, the noise of the sea .... everything was perfect.
Only a few days we left and we already miss this place. We will surely come back again.
