Villa Bergvilla Oberon à Bad Aussee, Styria

When you enter the house, after the cloakroom, you are greeted by the inviting stairs to the bedrooms on the first floor, on the left is the living room with fireplace and library, the Ausseer Brückl, and straight ahead you will find the kitchen with direct access to the garden. On the entrance level you will also find a studio on the right-hand side with a desk and sofa bed and an attached shower with washbasin.

There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped, with a large (extendable) dining table for up to 10 people and the door to the terrace. Of course you will also find a large terrace table and chairs outside, comfortable deck chairs invite you to linger and the garden lanterns ensure cozy summer evenings under the starry sky.

The upper floor is dedicated to sleeping. The master bedroom is waiting for you with a large double bed, 2 comfortable sofas and a spectacular view of the landscape. It also has a free-standing bathtub with mountain views. A large bathroom with an additional shower and toilet is directly connected.

The second bedroom is the Sarstein room with a cozy double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

The princess room has a king-size bed and a historic wedding wardrobe.

The elf room welcomes its guests with a princess bed. In addition, there is a separate toilet and another bathroom with shower and washbasin on the upper floor.
