Outside this beautiful property you will find an ideal place to spend your vacation and enjoy its 9m long by 4m wide pool that has a depth of 1m to 2.20m. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers at your disposal and enjoy delicious meals cooked in the outdoor kitchen that has an induction cooker, fridge, and gas barbecue (the wood oven cannot be used). The outdoor area is completed by a toilet as well as an area set up to play volleyball, garden areas and a porch where you can enjoy a good book or have a good time with your friends or family.

The interior, with a modern and simple style, is distributed on a single floor with AC in all its spaces. The living room has a Smart TV and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably during your stay. In the house you can rest in three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
