The exterior area of this villa is a paradise. The beautiful house is surrounded by idyllic corners. You'll find a garden, several terraces and porches, either outdoors or glazed, perfect for your breakfast or BBQs. In fact, the main porch is ideal for that in both the cold and the hot days, since there's a wood stove and a sitting area for a drink after your banquet. The best is that this villa offers a great salt water private pool that sizes 12 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.6 metres where you can swim and sunbathe on the 14 sunloungers around or play table tennis.

The house has a comfortable living room with TV-SAT and A/C. Then you enter the kitchen, equipped with induction cooker and a small dining area, as the real dining room is on the porch. The laundry room has a tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with double bed, A/C and wardrobe. Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one upstairs. Up to 2 extra people can be accommodated in the property, using two extra beds. There are three bathrooms in the property, two of them en suite. In addition, two have a shower, while another has a shower and bathtub. Three cots, three high chairs, 4 fans and 6 wall radiators complete the equipment.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
