The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the pool area, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, convenient and functional for guests spending time outdoors.

Die von den Vermietern bereitgestellten Online-Erklärungen (auch ohne Alexa abrufbar) waren sehr hilfreich.
Der Pool und der große Garten sind super gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben es genossen, abends den unzähligen Glühwürmchen beim Tanz zuzusehen. Da um das Haus alle Lichter schaltbar sind und die Gegend relativ lichtarm ist, konnten wir sehr viele Sterne am Himmel sehen. Also: Teleskop oder Fernrohr mitbringen.
Es waren drei junge Katzen fast ständig ums Haus, die die Besucher natürlich ziemlich angebettelt haben. Eine davon war sehr aufdringlich und hat auch vor Sprüngen auf Tisch und Grill und Besuchen im Haus keinen Halt gemacht.
In der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir wieder die Villa Colombaia buchen.
