This is a 4-bedroom house on two floors. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 6 km from the center of Porec.
Villa Ellen Sophie has a fenced private courtyard with parking.
The ground floor has a living room, kitchen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The house is also equipped with various amenities such as a washing machine, 4 air conditioners, SAT-TV and WiFi.
In the courtyard there is a terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a large table. The back of the house has a separate entrance, where the owner of the building occasionally resides. The owner does not have access to the courtyard and pool of Villa Ellen Sophie.

Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)
