Description
From the living room, you step out onto the 60 m² terrace, which is furnished with a spacious corner lounge, an outdoor table, and hammocks.
On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor, you will find a large Smart TV with game consoles and DVDs. Additionally, there is a pool table and table football. A balcony offers picturesque views of the beach, the golf course, and the pool area. Three more bedrooms are also located on the first floor.
The 13 x 5 meter pool is heated to a pleasant 29 degrees and is fully fenced for the safety of children. Next to the pool is our homemade driftwood bar with a sink and refrigerator. The bar terrace, with its large sun loungers, invites you to relax and also features a spacious gas grill. Here you will also find a large garden picnic table and a ping pong table.
Each room comes with its own bathroom. The ideal location allows you to easily walk to all the amenities of Moliets – whether it's the beach, the golf course, shopping, or restaurants. Our villa is not only perfect for families with children but also offers an ideal space for seminars, (yoga) retreats, and workshops. We have room for three families and also provide toys, games, and bicycles. The villa is available all year round and has fiber-optic internet for reliable connectivity.
