All rooms in the villa are equipped with air-conditioning and the lay-out is as follows: Gated entrance with parking, front garden with extra dining table to look awn in the beautiful green nature; entree villa with a cozy and bright living room and sliding doors to the back-terrace over the full with of the villa with a great sea-view. In this ‘upper-part’ are two bedrooms, both with double beds, fixed wardrobes and sliding doors to the garden at the from site or the sea-view terrace at the back-side. The large 3rd bedroom, with private bathroom, is situated at the ground floor and has a double bed, 2 single beds and even a possibility for extra guests in the sofa-bed. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower; and a large closed kitchen, again with sliding doors to the sea-view terrace.
Here you will find a fixed BBQ, as well as a second outside dining table and sun-beds. There is a well maintained and completely fenced garden and this great private pool with sunbeds along the pool.
