Villa Laurea Luxury is located in Biskupi (Drenje) near Labin, a place perfect for a relaxing vacation in Istria.
This 4-bedroom villa offers numerous facilities to its guests, such as private swimming pool, sauna, children's playground, game room (Playstation, foosball, darts) and many more.
Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is also one separate toilet in the villa, and one more next to the outdoor kitchen.

After taking a swim in the pool, guests can use an outdoor shower, or enjoy the sun on the sun loungers around the pool.
Villa offers a terrace with dining area next to the pool, so as another terrace at the roof, which provides a wonderful sea view.
Wi-fi, air conditioning and 4 parking spaces are available for free.
Villa is suitable for 8 adults.
Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

A 500 EUR deposit is required upon check in, and the hosts will return it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

Area description and nearby activities:

Drenje is a small, peaceful place far from the city noise. It's surrounded by greenery and nature. The villa is completely deattached, surrounded by forest which guarantees a nourturing, peaceful location. Nearest town is Labin (12 km away).
Two nearby beaches are Jadrena (700 m) and Ravni (1700 m). Grocery store and restaurant are in 1500 m range.
Another nearby town is Rabac, where beaches Maslinica, Sv. Andrea, Lanterna and Girandella are rewarded with a Blue flag because of extremely clean sea.

Sport and recreation lovers can enjoy in various activities in Rabac as well: aqua park, table tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, fishing, snorkelling, sailing, rock climbing, valleyball, paintball and a lot of others.
You can also visit Old Town in Labin, where you can experience local history in one of the museums or galleries. Check some of the old mine models, which is unique in this part of Europe.
Labin's castle is also a viewpoint with a lovely view on nearby Rabac, Cres Island and Labin's surroundings.
