Description
The Villa consists of 2 floors, a breathtaking pool area, an amazing covered terrace with barbecue facilities, and a garden with a children`s playground.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-concept living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fitness room. The fitness room contains a treadmill, a stationary bycicle and weights. A guest toilet is also on the ground floor.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleepinq quarters, making it easy to divide each and every one of the guest`s quiet zones. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled A/C and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, and 2 of them have king sized beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a convertible sofa bed that can comfortably fit 2 more guests, making this house ideal for a maximum of 10 guests.
The outdoors are carefully designed to incorporate many activities. The extra large swimming pool is breathtaking, and the illusion of a hanging pool terrace further enhances the experience and the visage of the Villa. There is a fully covered terrace right next to the pool, featuring barbecue facilities, a large wooden dining table and a TV, where you can spend many evenings in loving company of family and friends, while the kids are amused by the playground next to it.
The Villa offers individually controled A/C, SAT TV, Netflix streaming service, free parking on the fully enclosed property. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome with no extra cost, but need to be announced and approved by the homeowner.

Traumunterkunft mit jedem erdenklichen Luxus
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ursprünglichen kroatischen Dorf. Direkt dahinter Olivenhaine und kleine Gemüsefelder soweit das Auge reicht. Sogar den Vransko Jezero kann man vom Haus aus sehen.
Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Duschbad.
Der Poolbereich ist ein wahrer Traum!
Das Grundstück ist groß und bietet sogar einen überdachten Grillplatz, sowie einen Spielbereich für Kinder.
Für uns als Familie mit 5 Kindern, zwischen 6 und 16 und unsere beiden Hunde war es perfekt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.
Die Eigentümerin ist stets erreichbar und super freundlich.
Die nächsten Strände sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause!
