Description
Mas Ichthus is a modern and beautifully located luxury villa with spectacular views over the Alt Empordá, the olive groves, up to the bay of Roses.
In the upper floor (at the height of the street) there is a large entrance hall, living-dining area with satellite TV, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and a guest toilet.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all dishes, glass and porcelain, as well as with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Furthermore, the (partly covered) outdoor terrace has a cozy seating area and barbecue (weber-gas)
The villa is fully air conditioned and has under floor central heating for the winter months.
The three double bedrooms (two of them ensuite), the bathrooms and a convenient lounge with bar, fridge and another TV are located on the lower level. From almost all rooms on the lower floor you can reach the spacious pool terrace and the Mediterranean garden.
