Description
The house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with views to the countryside or the pool. There are three bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. There are three full bathrooms: two on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
The living room will make you feel at home while relaxing on the comfy sofas, watching satellite TV or surfing the Internet (WIFI). The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need during your holiday; and you will be able to organize your meals either in the dining room or outdoors, in the BBQ area.
Outdoors there are two furnished porches, sun beds, two fenced pools (one for kids), a chill out area and a tennis table. For sure you will be able to find your favourite space to relax and enjoy the weather of the island. There is space to park your cars inside the plot.
The house is located in a 6500 m2 plot in a is very quiet area. It is surrounded by tree lands and rural paths where you will enjoy to take some strolls or ride your bicycle.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
