The spacious terrace is divided into several areas for socializing and relaxation, including a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchen for preparing meals al fresco.

For sports enthusiasts, the villa offers a private tennis court, allowing guests to spend an active day. The entire property is fenced, ensuring safety and complete privacy while enjoying the peace and fresh air of the Istrian countryside.
