• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obliged to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to provide a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.
