Beautiful newly renovated villa with heated pool in an idyllic and peaceful setting. Villa Sandra is a charming villa with a private pool and stunning stone architecture that blends perfectly into the surrounding Istrian landscape. Its traditional construction style gives it a special ambiance, a blend of tradition, comfort, and luxury. Villa Sandra is located in the village of Svetvincenat and accommodates up to 10 people. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with direct access to a private garden with a heated pool and a covered terrace with seating area, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms with a balcony and en-suite bathrooms. The balcony offers a lovely view of the garden and the pool. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Die Vermieter sind richtig nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber! Der Spaßraum mit Billard hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden das Haus für größere Gruppen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Zum Meer sind es meist 30 Minuten Autofahrt. Kleine Läden und Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden.

Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern ! Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Vermieterin sehr freundlich ,zuvorkommend und immer da wenn man sie braucht!Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
