Description
On the ground floor of the villa is the living room with an indoor fireplace, TV, large sofa and armchair. The kitchen is also there and it is a combination of traditional and modern as it is furnished in a retro style (it even has a traditional and fully working bread oven) but fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large double winged refrigerator with an ice machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and of course, all of the necessary utensils needed for a large group of people staying there several days. On this floor there is also a lavatory and one of the three bathrooms, this one with a jacuzzi hot tub/shower.
On the lower floor, or high cellar, there is another large room that doubles as a bedroom with a king sized bed and another pull out sofa.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with king sized beds both with private bathrooms, air conditioning and magnificent beach view windows.
The terrace is spacious with a private pool, outdoor shower, stone barbecue, outdoor dining area, and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation on the sides and an entire beach in the front!

Cancellation and suspension of stay
