The main terrace with the 43m² heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower invites you to relax and indulge. A large covered outdoor terrace provides a shady retreat, also serving as an outdoor dining area with a sea view.
On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people, and an inviting living room with access to the pool terrace, from where you can enjoy the majestic view of the Adriatic Sea. The open living room is equipped with a cozy sofa, an OLED flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. A desk is also available here.
On the ground floor, you will also find the entrance hall with a wardrobe and mirror, a guest toilet, and a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.
Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms await you, each with king-size box spring beds and integrated bathrooms, equipped with a shower (and bathtub), double washbasin, LED mirror, and separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and an elegant dressing table. Die Villa ist einfach perfekt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet, ist das Haus eine luxuriöse Unterkunft. Besonders genossen haben wir die Zeit auf der Terrasse, wo wir Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang und bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten.
