Villa Tana is a charming holiday villa located in the small, traditional village of Sužan on the island of Krk, offering a perfect blend of Mediterranean charm and modern comfort. Despite being a semi-detached house, it ensures complete privacy, allowing you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this picturesque location. The villa covers 140 m² over two floors, while the outdoor area spans 500 m².
The interior is spacious and bright. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room seamlessly connected. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, where you can relax while watching the 55-inch smart TV with satellite programs and wireless connection. In the evening, the warmth of the romantic fireplace will add a cozy touch. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including modern appliances and kitchenware. There is also a WC with a washing machine on this level.
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor, which features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, LED TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, LED TV, and air conditioning, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom accessible from the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Das Haus ist super . Alles da und sogar Getränke und ein Obstkorb waren vorhanden bei Anreise.
Der Nachbar kann deutsch und hilft gerne weiter.

Traumferien im Traumhaus
Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern mit einem leckeren Obstkorb und Leckerlis für unseren Hund empfangen. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns kühle Getränke von Wein, Saft, Wasser bis Bier war alles da - sogar Eiswürfel im Gefrierschrank - mega!
Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Mega bequeme KingSizeBetten, Klimaanlage, moderne Bäder mit großen Duschen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein schöner Garten mit Pool. Die Outdoorküche ist ein weiteres Highlight - Pizza backen oder grillen im Gasgrill - einfach toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Traumhaus absolut weiterempfehlen!!
Die Insel hat über 80 Strände. Da ist vom Hundestrand, Sandstrand, Betonstrand bis feiner und grober Kieselstrand alles dabei. Auch das hauseigene SUP war spitze.

Wir waren ende August 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde können diese Villa wirklich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit weiter Empfehlen. Uns hatte es Super gefallen,nochmal vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und bleiben Sie Gesund.

GENUSS PUR!
Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr sehr freundlich empfangen mit frischen Obst und gekühlten Getränken (Wein, Bier, Mineralwasser, Fruchtsäfte). Das Haus und Grundstück sind sogar schöner als auf den wunderschönen Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles aber auch wirklich alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
Wir können dieses Haus, Gastgeber und Nachbarn ;-) wirklich weiter empfehlen. Viele Grüsse

Moderne Villa
Uns hat es in der Villa Tana sehr gut gefallen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar mehr als man im Urlaub braucht. Schönes und modernes Equipment. Schöner Pool. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Der Ort ist sehr klein und ruhig. Zu den schönen Stränden im Süden der Insel braucht man allerdings mindestens 30 min mit dem Auto. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

2 Wochen Entspannung pur
Auch wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und mit wirklich leckerer Pizza, Wein und Bier verwöhnt, habe ich noch nie so erlebt, es war super nett von unseren Vermietern. Meine Frau und ich waren allein mit unserer Boxerdame in diesem Haus, in dem es an garnichts fehlte. Es war alles da was man brauchte und vorallem war es super sauber.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Auf diesem Wege noch ein herzliches Danke Schön an unsere slowenischen Nachbarn die im Nebenhaus wohnen für Ihre herzliche Art und Gastfreundschaft.

Familienurlaub
Unser gemeinsamer Familienurlaub mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern war wunderschön. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Garten mit Pool. Zusätzlich gibt es draußen einen Gasgrill und einen Pizzaofen. Damit der Pizzaofen ausreichend heiß ist, sollte man ihn rechzeitig anheizen:-)! Der Pool war perfekt für unsere Kinder die gerade Schwimmen lernen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Markt. Da kann man bei Bedarf frische Brötchen oder Brot z. B. fürs Frühstück holen.
In der Villa Tanna würden wir auf jedenfall wieder Urlaub machen und können es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Traumhaft
Schon bei Ankunft haben wir uns alle sehr willkommen gefühlt ,die Besitzer Familie war so nett zu uns ,haben uns mit frische Pizza und Wein empfangen ,wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus, es war so schön ,also die Bilder von Haus waren schon schön im Internet aber in echt ist die villa noch schöner ,wir haben nicht so tolles Wetter gehabt aber dank so einem tollen Haus wo wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben auch mit Holzkamin war es auch kein Problem,das Gas Grill war auch genau richtig wenn man was schnell grillen möchte , Insel Krk ist ein Traum , wir haben uns sehr gut erholt wie schon lange nicht mehr ,würde auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen ,nur schade das es schon für nächsten September ausgebucht ist .
