Villa Fiordisole is a beautiful villa characterized by a typical Italian historical flavor located at the foot of a hill in Barbarano, a small hamlet of Salò, with a splendid view of the lake, renovated in 2017. The villa is located a few steps from the beach and all services, it is surrounded by a large terraced park overlooking the lake, here in the early months of 2025 a beautiful outdoor area is being created with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, porch with table for 15 people.
The villa is on three levels, on the ground floor there is the entrance, a games room with table football and smart TV, a reading study and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a large new and well-equipped kitchen, a bright and panoramic living room with smart TV and a dining room with air conditioning, very bright because it is surrounded by windows; bathroom; laundry room and washing machine; spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, new en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms in two different areas: in the first there are 2 spacious double bedrooms with lake view, one with a balcony, in the second area the roof is sloping, here there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom that can become a double, a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, all rooms with lake view and independent air conditioning.
Bathrooms: 6 bathrooms (4 complete and two service bathrooms), new and with quality coverings. A service bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a service bathroom and a spacious en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with shower, 3 bathrooms on the second floor two with shower and one with bathtub.

It has quaint cobblestone streets and beautiful old world architecture, with everything within walking distance. It also has all the amenities and entertainment you would expect in a city, including theatre, museums, historical attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and more. Its lakeside promenade is claimed to be the longest in Italy, and you can stroll along the lake with beaches on one side and cafes, restaurants, bars and delightful little shops.
