Description
We gain access the Villa Front del Far from the street, a very quiet street since it has no exit, a small Mediterranean garden takes us to the entrance door; we enter the house where we find a double height hall with the staircase that takes us to the second floor. On the right hand side we find a hallway that leads to the laundry room, to a full bathroom with shower and a double room with a double bed and with a built-in wardrobe; from the hall on the left hand side, we have another hallway that leads us to a single room with built-in wardrobe and a 135x200 bed, a room with 2 single beds of 90 × 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a double room with 2 single beds of 90 × 200 cm with terrace and sea views. Through the hall, we access the dining room divided into two areas, an area where there is a sofa and several chairs in front of the TV and the fireplace, and at the other end of the room, there is a dining table. From the living room we have access to the covered terrace where there is a large table to eat with impressive views of the sea and the lighthouse of Portocolom. On one side of the living room, there is a large fully-equipped Mediterranean-style kitchen with white furniture and with direct access to the covered terrace. On the second floor, there is an incredible suite with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, private terrace and spectacular views of the sea.
The pool is located on the rocks, a few meters from the sea and there are two umbrellas and 9 sun beds, next to the pool there is a lawn area.
The house has heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
