Wonderful villa with a private pool nestled in the countryside of the iconic town of Ostuni.

The property has a large outdoor space perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The villa opens onto the living area with sofas and television. Adjacent is the dining room overlooking the garden, and the kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, espresso machine and kettle. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with queen-size beds and a twin bedroom, each with a television and ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete the layout.
The exterior is definitely the highlight of the property. A large tiled area with access to the private pool, surrounded by greenery where you can relax on sun loungers, a pergola with dining table, and a barbeque area for tasty outdoor grilling.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park, and a crystal clear sea. Characteristic are its alleys, the Piazza della Libertà, and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996.
About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing towns with a charming historic center.
To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque.
Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European capital of culture.
