The air-conditioned villa stretching over two floors gives you a warm feeling of home. There are 4 cosy bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious open-concept ground floor provides a great space to spend lovely moments together. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large living room have direct access to the garden through several sliding patio doors.
The vast, fully enclosed outdoor area offers absolute privacy and it is one of the highlights of the villa. You can play ball with your children on the carefully tended lawn or a round of table tennis, then go for a swim in a saltwater pool that can be heated, should you wish so. Apart from an outdoor shower, there are loungers for pure relaxation. Also, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy lovely meals on a terrace with a roof next to the pool. Set in the quiet village of Anžići, the villa is roughly halfway between the towns of Poreč on the coast and Pazin in the heart of Istria, 20 km from each.
