Description
The villa features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms available. In total, Villa Goran can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The villa boasts a large terrace with a private, heated swimming pool of 24m², as well as a pergola with a seating area and grill.
The living area is 210m² and all areas are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area for 6-8 people, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the terrace with a breathtaking sea view. On the 2nd floor, there's another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living area with a couch that provides sleeping space for 2 additional people.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided.
The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls. Parking spaces for multiple cars are directly at the house, on the property reserved for guests.
Pets are welcome (maximum 3 dogs, max. weight 25kg).
