Description
The villa has stunning views over the gulf of Saint-Tropez. Located in a private property of 8 hectares on the heights of Sainte Maxime, it is only 2 km from the centre of the city, the harbor and Sainte-Maxime beaches, 15mn from the motorway and a 15mn boat shuttle away from the port of Saint Tropez.
The villa has a full south exposure with several both shaded and sunny terraces, two summer lounges, flat lawn on various levels, a petanque court and a 12 x 6 m heated pool where guests can swim and relax while enjoying the sea view.
When you enter the house, you find the lounge with a flat screen TV, large fireplace and panoramic sea view, the dining room leading to the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, large fridge/freezer, conventional and microwave ovens. It has direct access to a covered terrace facing the sea where guests can enjoy an alfresco meal on the plancha. There is also a comfortable lounge area to enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
On the ground floor, on the right of the living room, there is a family room with a double room and a single room with an ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobe. There is an independent studio with a double room with mezzanine, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. It has a great view of the garden and the sea.
The first floor houses the master bedroom with sea view, ensuite full bathroom (bathtub, shower enclosure, double vanity and WC), and fitted wardrobe; and a double room with sea view, ensuite shower room, and fitted wardrobe.
In the basement, you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, a large twin room with ensuite shower room for staff, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station.
There is also outside parking space: 2 under cover and another 2 in front of the house.
The villa offers relaxation in natural surroundings with great panoramic sea view, peace and quiet, while being just a few minutes from the resort of Sainte Maxime with its beach clubs like Club 44, le St Barth, le Wyc or le Prao, and seaside bars and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood and a cocktail or two.
