This tastefully furnished villa offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It consists of two separate accomodation units – one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor.
Each unit has its own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for guests. Each unit features a living room with a sofa, Smart TV + Playstation4, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Overall, the villa offers 2 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, including 2 bathrooms with showers, as well as a sauna with a bathtub.
In front of the villa, on a spacious garden terrace, there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers – the perfect place to enjoy the sun and cool off on hot days. Next to the pool, there is a glass-enclosed area designed for family gatherings. It is equipped with a summer kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable lounge zone. A barbecue is also available for preparing delicious meals.
For a true spa experience, the villa also features a Finnish sauna.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without providing a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall be obliged to pay compensation, taking into account any expenses saved, in the following amounts:
Cancellation:
A) up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible free of charge.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
B) no-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel amount
(2) The tenant may at any time provide proof that a lesser loss has been incurred.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental amount.
(4) A cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord shall be decisive.
