The house includes a hallway with separate guest toilet, three bedrooms with large closets, one with separate walk-in closet. There are 2 double beds (160 m wide), 2 large singles and 3 bathrooms, two with bath / toilet and one small, basic one with shower / toilet.The outside area is amazing, providing a large spacious swimming pool, terraces, sun beds, barbecue area, a 4th bathroom with shower / toilet and in the front of the house a large space to park your cars inside the closed gate. You have access to a roof terrace from where there are even better views then from the pool area, and where you can also enjoy the sparkling lights of Faro.Villa Monte dos Agostos is a 20-minute drive from the airport, located on the top of a large south-facing hill where only beautiful villas are hidden in the greenery. At the bottom of the hill is a tennis club with 3 courts and padel court. A bit more down there is the renowned restaurant Raízes. All of this at 10-15 minutes walking distance from the villa.The bungalow is located between the towns of Loulé and São Brás de Alportel, where you can reach your groceries within 10 minutes by car. There are many restaurants here and in the area. The monumental covered market of Loulé and the streets around it in the old centre are popular. The most beautiful long beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Here are also the nice fishing towns of Olhão, Fuseta and a little further Tavira. From Olhão, Faro, Fuseta or Tavira you can hop on one of the ferries to the sandy islands in the protected lagoon landscape of the Ria Formosa. Due to its central location, the luxury Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also only a 20-minute drive away. The complete MAR Shopping with Outlet and supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away.The house is located in a residential area with amenities like tennis court and top restaurant around the corner. It is perfectly suited for families and friends who wish to relax and it is not suitable for party groups.
