The ground floor opens onto a spacious living area with two sofas — one of which can be converted into a double bed — offering space to relax, watch TV, or enjoy time together. The main kitchen with dining table connects directly to the outdoor porch. Accessible from the porch, there is a second kitchen with adjacent bathroom with shower.
On the same level, there is a bedroom with double bed and single bed (which can be converted into a double bed upon request), a private bathroom with shower and washing machine and direct access to the porch. Two additional bathrooms with showers are also available on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and panoramic balconies offering privacy and comfort. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned (except the second kitchen with outdoor access) and equipped with mosquito screens, allowing guests to enjoy every season in maximum comfort.
