Description
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, a living room and kitchen are sharing the same big air-conditioned space. The living room has a big sofa that turns into a sleeping area for 2 people. Satellite TV is 70 inches with 4K resolution and free Netflix & Prime Video.
The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 electric stoves, 2 kitchen hoods, kitchen island, ice maker machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, etc.
Next to the kitchen, there is an entrance to the separate dining room with big windows and glass walls, as well as the dedicated TV and AC for that area. From the dining room, you enter the small hallway leading to bedroom, laundry room, bathroom and office.
On the floor upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms with high ceilings. The first bedroom on the left has a huge window with access to the balcony. It also has a satellite smart TV, AC, luggage rack, and a bathroom. The second bedroom is in the middle, and the third bedroom is the biggest one, with its own bathroom, as well as a big window, satellite smart TV, bench, and luggage rack. The bed here is 180cm wide.
The property is detached and completely fenced perfect for privacy, small children, and pets. The most important thing in the yard is a beautiful 30 m2 swimming pool with built-in stairs. On one side of the pool, you have 8 sun loungers with 3 small tables. If you like shade, there are 2 big offset sun umbrellas. On the other side of the pool, there is a sitting area for 6 people. This sitting area is partially covered by a balcony. Then you have an outdoor dining area which is covered by a pergola. The dining area has 8 chairs, and a sink next to it.
The electric grill is located in the pebble area of the yard. There is also a swing chair available for relaxing.
The parking area can accommodate 2 or 3 vehicles depending on the size. Additional parking is available on private land, just 50 meters from the villa. Also, you have free street parking 30 meters from the house.
