The property consists of a stylish villa (for 6 people), a guest house (for 4 people) and an apartment (for 4 people) and is located in one of the finest residential areas in Gran Canaria, approx. 500 metres above sea level. The property is always rented as a whole. Up to 14 people can spend their summer holiday on the entire property: families with children, groups of friends celebrating a special birthday or even cycling and golf groups of up to 14 people wanting a place to cool down. The property is located directly on one of the most popular training routes for cyclists and triathletes. The golf course is in the immediate vicinity. Liebe Frau Klinghoffer, herzlichen Dank für den netten Empfang durch Ihre Verwalterin. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Platz ohne Ende. Herrlich ausgestattet.
