Our new, modernly furnished vacation apartment is approx. 80 m² in size. It can accommodate up to 4 people and there is also a crib for children up to 3 years old in the bedroom. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and various electrical appliances such as a toaster, egg stove, coffee and bread machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The separate bedroom has a large closet with mirror front. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo system and sofa bed for 2 people. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower and WC. The separate entrance to the apartment is on the right-hand side of the house. The kitchen leads to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment also has a small storage room.

Beautiful modern holiday apartment with terrace and views of the Mosel. Our peaceful holiday apartment is situated at the edge of the wine-producing village of Pölich. The 80sq.m apartment is a self-contained flat with its own entrance, located on the ground floor of our family home. The comfortably furnished accommodation has room for two people; additionally, a cot for children aged up to 3 is provided in the bedroom. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave and various electrical appliances including a toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee machine and bread machine. The separate bedroom contains a double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. The generously-shaped living/dining room is fitted out with a flat-screen TV, stereo system and a sofabed for one or two children (1.40m x 1.90m). In the spacious bathroom there is a bathtub with shower fitting and a toilet. The kitchen opens onto the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, sunloungers and a barbecue. The apartment also boasts a small store room. Pölich lies in the beautiful Mosel valley and is surrounded by vineyards. The area features many footpaths and cycle routes, the majority of which can be easily accessed within a few minutes. The mediaeval town of Bernkastel-Kues lies about 30km further along the Mosel, while Germany's oldest town of Trier is about 20 minutes away. It is possible to play golf or go riding in the nearby area. A swimming lake with mini-golf and summer sledging can also be reached via the nearby cycle route. The Mosel region enjoys festivals. Pölich has its wine festival on the weekend of 1st July each yearm and from spring through until autumn it is possible to visit enjoyable, attractive wine festivals in the bordering towns.
