Relax during your holiday on the Moselle in our new, renovated holiday apartment - in our winemaker's house!
On an area of 55 sqm, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area for breakfast. You will find the following devices/equipment: dining table, coffee machine, cleaning supplies, ceramic hob, oven, sufficient dishes and cutlery, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker. In the large living/dining room with cable TV, you can spend your evenings comfortably with a bottle of Moselle wine from our own production. The spacious bedroom offers space for two persons and the large wardrobe has room for all your luggage. Bed linen and towels, as well as an alarm clock, are provided. Right next to the bedroom, you will find a comfortable bathroom with shower/WC. You can access the holiday apartment through your own separate entrance of our house. In nice weather, you are welcome to enjoy your leisure time on a seating area in the private garden. Free parking is available directly at the house. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Wifi is set up for you.

Our well-kept house is located near the Moselle promenade in Mehring. Feel comfortable in bright, lovingly furnished guest rooms with sun balconies and in our new, modern holiday apartment. In the morning, a rich breakfast awaits you in our lounge with guest kitchen.



The winemaking family led by full-time winemaker Alfred Frick is happy to assist you with any questions regarding your stay. If you are interested, we offer the possibility of a wine tasting, cellar tour, or a charming wine hike. You can gladly book this in advance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCATION:

Located just 15 km from Germany's oldest city, Trier, our wine and holiday resort Mehring is attractively nestled in the Moselle valley. First mentioned in documents in 752 AD, the village has a rich history that dates back to Roman times.

With about 2,500 inhabitants, Mehring is one of the largest towns along the Roman Wine Route. The village offers many culinary and business opportunities. You will never be bored here! It is no coincidence that our traditional songs state:
"Whoever has been to the Moselle once, wants to return every year!"

In the village, you will find the following shops: baker, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, hairdressers, bike rental, auto repair shop.
Of course, your physical well-being is also taken care of. Numerous restaurants offer both Moselle and international cuisine. There is also a public transport connection available.

Bernkastel-Kues is 22 km away, and Cochem can be reached from the accommodation after 47 km. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking. Frankfurt-Hahn Airport is 36 km away.
