This spacious 64m² apartment, located at the foot of the slopes, accommodates up to 8 people. It features a large living room with a south-facing balcony, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a big-screen TV. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, two hotplates, a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and raclette/crepe maker. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with a pull-out sofa bed (two single 80x200 cm beds convertible into 160 cm) and two bunk beds (90x200 cm). Pets are not allowed.

The residence is ideally located within the Balcon de Villard co-ownership, offering shops, ski and mountain bike rentals, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a children’s play area. For family entertainment, guests can enjoy ping pong tables and other activities available in both winter and summer. The free shuttle stop is nearby, and the cable cars are just 150 meters away, providing easy access to the slopes.

The apartment has two beautifully renovated bathrooms: one with a bathtub and washing machine, and the other with a shower. There is also a separate WC for added convenience. A ski locker is provided for your gear. Bed and bathroom linen are not included but can be purchased on-site. Additional services such as a baby bed, Wi-Fi rental, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee.
